Hiiiii!

Welcome to my blog AoifeJane! My name as I’m sure you can guess is AoifeJane or as I’m more commonly known Heff (I know glamorous right!). I’m a 27 year old PR Executive from the big town of Dundalk in the little County of Louth in Ireland.

I wanted to start this blog for a long time, but put it off because I will be discussing some very personal issues on here. One in particular is my struggle as a woman with hair loss.

Here I will offer my top tips, top products and most importantly share my story, so that if any of you reading are in the same position you will not feel like alone in losing their hair. Lets get back to feeling beautiful again together!

Not only will I talk about hair, but I want to share everything with you from my fitness journey and regime, recipes, my traveling experiences, beauty hacks for the basic b*tch in all of us, basically everything and anything you could dream of.
